  • This name is a combination of two words, Mango and Trunk. All of our majority products are made from Mango wood , and Trunk is basically the other name for wood.
  • Mango Trunk is the manufacturer of exquisite iron & wooden furniture, gifts, decorative items and home textile products.
  • It is based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
  • Most of our products are Handmade by our Local artisans.

RETURn

  • Return is accepted for all the unused products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • Any product, except for product(s) bought during the Eco-Friendly Festive Sale, in an unused condition with the packaging intact, returned not later than seven days from the date of delivery, is eligible for a free refund.

  • If the product is returned after seven (7) days, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we shall not be able to honor a refund.

  • No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the Product.

  • After you’ve successfully applied for return, within 24-72 hours your products will be picked up. Then, If the terms and conditions met with the return product, the payment will be processed within 72 hours.

     

  • Any product from Furniture section is not eligible for return/refund.

  • It is a handmade product and in case you find any quality issue or defect, the same product will be replaced.

  • In a rare occurrence, if the replacement piece is not available, a credit note will be issued for the full amount of the damaged product.

  • we accept COD but for selected pin codes. For furniture related policy, products are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.
