1.1  Mango Trunk India, having its registered address at Khasra No. 34/28, Plot No. 03, Tanawara Luni, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342013 (“Mango Trunk India”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the mobile application/website www., having its registered addressed at Khasra No. 34/28, Plot No. 03, Tanawara Luni, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342013(“Mango Trunk India, having its registered address at Khasra No. 34/28, Plot No. 03, Tanawara Luni, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342013 (“Mango Trunk India”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the mobile application/website www.”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the mobile application/website www.kraftbazaar.com (collectively referred to as the “ Mango Trunk India Platform”), through which it inter alia facilitates the sale of furniture and other related products (“Products”) to the users of the Mango Trunk India Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

1.2 This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms sets out our policies and procedures towards delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Mango Trunk India Platform.

1.3 We provide shipping and delivery of our Products all over India. We aim to provide the best customer experience for you by tying-up and partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product that you have ordered from the Mango Trunk India Platform. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely fashion.

1.4 By agreeing to use the Mango Trunk India Platform and/ or purchasing a Product on the Mango Trunk India Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Mango Trunk India Platform. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Mango Trunk India Platform.

Orders usually ship and are delivered within 8 – 10 days of placement. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

SHIPPING 

  • All orders qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is offered to only customers in India. For customers outside India, international shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer.
  • The charges for shipping and handling for online shopping depends on the location to which you want your purchases to be sent.

DELIVERY

  • We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners.
  • Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website. Make sure that you recheck the address before you confirm the order so as to avoid incorrect delivery.
  • We prefer to deliver to office or residence addresses.
  • we do not encourage delivery to P.O. boxes or any other destination where the recipient is not identifiable because of the risk involved due to the value of the goods.

PAYMENT

  • For shipping to India, we accept COD but for selected pin codes and all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. 
  • For furniture related policy, products are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.

While we make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to you in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of:

(a) Logistical issues beyond our control;

(b) Unsuitable weather conditions;

(c) Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.;

(d) Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.;

(e) Other unforeseeable circumstances.

In such events of delay, we shall make reasonable attempt to inform you by writing to your email ID and/or mobile number registered with us. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to inform or notify you of delays in the delivery of purchased Products on the Mango Trunk India Platform. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products.
